About the session

Thursday 23 March, 10am to 11am

Since December 2019, through our engagement, research and discussions we have learned a lot as the regulator for social work in England.

We share 3 years of learning in our new State of the nation report - reinforcing the vital role of social work in society, recognising its successes, and, perhaps most importantly, considering the challenges the sector must now collectively address.

Join us for a presentation of the key findings in the report, followed by reflective sessions on the main themes.

Presenters

  • Jonathan Monk – Assistant Director of Strategy and Policy, Social Work England
  • Katie Newbould – Head of Policy, Social Work England
  • Dan Racher – Head of Strategy, Social Work England
  • Anne Marie Glover - Member of Social Work England’s National Advisory Forum
