In this role you will primarily support the investigators, lead investigators and investigations manager in a wide range of administrative tasks including contacting case parties for information and uploading of documentation onto the case management system.
This role provides administrative support to the people and development team to enable them to progress the people and development plan.
As head of legal you will be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to all areas of our work, but with a particular focus on implementing amendments to the Social Workers Regulations 2018 and our rules that are due to come into force in December 2022.
These roles will provide a comprehensive, professional, proactive, customer focused business support service to the organisation, enabling services to meet their statutory and legal obligations and our business plan.
We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to customer service excellence and improving services for those who use them. You will have proven experience of investigating complex and sensitive complaints and supporting others to provide good customer service. A strong communicator with a passion for collaboration, you will be able to negotiate and influence others at all levels.
