Our national advisory forum

2/19/2020 10:15:00 AM

Social Work England is a specialist body taking a new approach to regulating social workers in their vital roles. We believe in the power of collaboration and share a common goal with those we regulate—to protect the public, enable positive change and ultimately improve people’s lives.

One of the ways we will work with the social work sector is through our national advisory forum. The forum will include people from partner organisations, registered social workers, people with lived experience of social work, education and training providers and students.

The national advisory forum will provide expert advice, support and challenge to our work and how we achieve our objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to get involved with a new, national organisation at an important time in our development. You will work with other people committed to raising standards and with an interest in social work.
