Rachael Clawson
Rachael is an associate professor at the University of Nottingham, where she is the director of the Centre for Social Work.
Rachael is a qualified social worker experienced in working with children and adults with learning disabilities who have been abused. She has worked in a number of local authorities as a social worker and manager. She has also worked with the Ann Craft Trust, a national voluntary sector organisation, where she was a consultant, trainer and researcher.
She is passionate about social work education and really enjoys working with student social workers. Rachael also undertakes research, mostly relating to forced and unlawful marriage of people with learning disabilities.
