If you want to raise a concern about a social worker, you will need to use our online concerns form.

If you are looking for help in regards to an adult or child at risk, please contact your local authority. If your enquiry is about access to health care, complaints about a council or concerns about another regulated professional. Read more about other organisations that may be able to help.
