We need as much detail from you as possible, including:
How we deal with concerns
If we decide to investigate, you may be asked for more information throughout the process. We will need you to give us any documentation or evidence in relation to the concerns raised and we will explain to you exactly what we need and why.
We may also need to contact you and your colleagues directly to ask specific questions about what you have seen, heard and any actions you have taken.
Any information you provide will be used as evidence in our proceedings. If there is a hearing, the details may become public as hearings are usually held in public and the press regularly attend.
We will give you relevant updates on our progress on a regular basis.
